Search & Dashboard

Finding contacts quickly and staying on top of your network.

Global search

The search page lets you find anything across your entire Cardmunk account. Search results are organized by type:

Contacts

Search by name, organization, or email address across both subscribed and manual contacts.

Notes

Full-text search through all your private notes.

Facts

Find specific knowledge you’ve recorded about your contacts.

Interactions

Search through email subjects, message content, and meeting notes.

Tip

Search is instant — results update as you type. Click any result to jump directly to that contact or item.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a bird’s-eye view of your network. It’s designed to surface what needs your attention without requiring you to dig through contacts.

Dashboard sections

Network stats

Quick overview — total contacts, subscribed vs. manual, mutual connections, and recent interactions count.

Needs attention

Contacts with high significance but low or declining activity scores. These are people you care about but may be losing touch with.

Missing relationships

Contacts who don’t have any relationships defined yet. A prompt to fill in your network graph.

Unscored contacts

Contacts without a significance score. Set one to help Cardmunk surface them in the right context.

Contacts list features

Beyond the dashboard, the main contacts list has powerful sorting and filtering:

Sorting options

  • Name — Alphabetical (A–Z or Z–A)
  • Recent — Most recently active contacts first
  • Significance — Highest-rated contacts first
  • Activity — Most active relationships first

Filters

  • Tags — Show only contacts with specific tags
  • Relationship status — Mutual, subscribed, or manual
  • Activity level — Active, declining, or dormant

Note

All active filters appear as chips at the top of the list. Click the “Clear all” button to reset filters and see everyone.
